Adam is a Partner and independently recognised as a leader in non-contentious and contentious construction law. He has over 25 years' experience of risk management and dispute resolution for clients, most recently in relation to PFI and major infrastructure projects.
Adam has acted for many of our public and private sector clients when operating as procurers and contractors. He understands the legitimate concerns of each and enjoys the challenge of identifying the right solutions. He is experienced in resolving disputes through the full range of techniques, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
