Alan is a corporate finance partner with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, public takeovers and joint ventures. Alan also specialises in advising public companies and their advisers on all types of Stock Exchange transactions, including flotations and secondary issues such as placings and rights issues.
Alan is also a member of the Firm's Energy & Natural Resources sector focusing on Oil and Gas where he works regularly for field service companies on transactions involving the UK and Norwegian Continental Shelf as well as projects in West Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Alan also has significant experience in the acquisition of large scale oil and gas assets such as the purchase of MODU-Jack-Ups and self erecting tender barges.
