Alison is a Partner in the central management team and is Head of Vario, our fresh approach to legal resourcing. In previous roles as head of client service and head of the manufacturing sector she has gained a wealth of experience in relation to clients' requirements and now brings this to the Vario team as they work with clients in new and exciting ways.
