Andrew is a senior Partner who undertakes a wide range of M&A transactions for listed, overseas and large private companies. Andrew also undertakes private equity work acting for institutions and management teams, and private equity investee companies.
Andrew has recently acted for Hanson plc, Northgate Information Solutions plc, Cott Corporation, DCC plc, the management team of Baxi, Apposite Healthcare LLP, Friends Provident plc, Intercontinental Brands and a number of FTSE100 financial services and insurance companies.
