Andrew is a project finance partner. He advises sponsors and lending syndicates on project financing for a broad range of infrastructure projects, including those with PFI/PPP structures. He has worked on cross-border projects in Europe, Africa and Asia and has at various stages worked from Singapore, London, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
Andrew has experience across many industry sectors. He has advised to financial close on roads in Ireland and Scotland; container ports in Romania and Argentina; industrial process plants in Singapore, Bangladesh and Indonesia; power plants in Saudi Arabia and Tanzania; and various PFI projects in the UK.
