Anne is a Partner who specialises in property development and regeneration. She has particular expertise in long-term strategic development schemes. In particular, Anne focuses on collaborations between the public and private sectors whether by way of development agreements, contractual joint ventures or the creation of property regeneration joint venture vehicles such as limited partnerships and LLPs.
Anne works with both private sector developers and a variety of public sector bodies, including government departments, local authorities and regional development agencies.
