Anthony is a Partner who has many years' experience advising on large scale construction and civil engineering contracts with a particular focus on legal risk management and dispute resolution. Anthony has worked with a number of contractor and employer clients on complex high value schemes including road, rail, and other building and infrastructure projects. He also advises in relation to professional negligence claims against industry professionals.
Anthony is familiar with a wide range of industry standard form contracts and regularly acts in formal dispute resolution procedures including litigation, adjudication and arbitration together with ADR procedures such as mediation.
