Bernard is a Partner who works primarily on the non-contentious aspects of projects, advising on procurement methods and strategies, and drafting and negotiating project contracts.
Bernard also advises clients in the analysis of project risks, advising on mitigation strategies and the effective management of risks, and on the different methods of project delivery (including BOT, DBOO, design and build, EPC).
Bernard's experience spans the power, waste, water and waste water sectors, as well as civil engineering and building projects.
