Bruno is a Partner leading our life insurance practice, acting for insurers, reinsurers, distributors, friendly societies and mutuals. Bruno has experience in corporate transactions, restructuring, distribution, FSA regulation, reinsurance, product development and wrap platforms. Bruno advised LV= on its Part VII transfer of over 1m policies and £1.7bn assets and Friends Provident on its online protection distribution agreements with Virgin Money and Tesco. He is a regular conference speaker and commentator on the FSA's Retail Distribution Review. He was formerly Legal Director at Canada Life and Head of the Corporate Legal team at Abbey National.
