Catherine is the Tax team's Technical Partner, providing technical assistance to clients and members of the team on all areas of corporate tax including corporate finance and M&A work, private equity, employment tax and property tax.
Catherine is also a member of the Income Tax Sub-committee of the Law Society Tax Law Committee.
