Dale specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, most of them multi-jurisdictional. His primary focus is on private equity investments and M&A transactions. He has also advised on venture capital investments, fund raising, joint venture agreements and disputes, manufacturing and processing contracts, shareholders agreements, share option and management incentive plans, and corporate reorganizations.
Dale has worked on many large transactions covering a variety of jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, China, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, United States, Canada and throughout Europe. His global perspective, transactional experience and broad based knowledge are invaluable to clients who are engaged in complex cross border deals.
