About Daniel

Daniel is a funds partner with a broad range of knowledge and experience advising fund managers on the establishment and operation of private equity funds, in particular mid-market buyout funds, mezzanine funds, infrastructure funds and debt funds and provides advice to investors investing into such funds. He also advises on carried interest plans, secondary transactions, co-investment transactions, fund leveraging, spin-outs and restructurings. Daniel studied Economics at Leeds University and practiced as a tax lawyer before specialising in funds. He has spoken at a number of industry conferences and client seminars and has recently authored a chapter in PEI's Guide to Responsible Investment.
