Partner
David is a Partner specialising in dispute resolution in the IT and communications sector. He advises on software development and implementation projects, outsourcing agreements and telecoms projects.
As well as acting in formal dispute resolution processes such as litigation and arbitration, David is experienced in alternative forms of dispute resolution such as early neutral evaluation and mediation. David's work also involves early risk assessment and renegotiation of "runaway" projects. He has written for a number of publications on the subject of IT disputes and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law.
