David deals with a wide range of property transactions advising on all types of acquisitions and disposals including large scale property development/regeneration schemes advising landowners and developers. He also handles large scale property lettings (acting for landlords and tenants) whilst also supervising teams dealing with property management work.
David also has extensive public sector experience, leading the property team for that sector. He is the client partner for a number of government bodies and deputy client partner for the Homes and Communities Agency, himself advising on a number of strategic sites across the country. In particular he also heads the property team for that client and leads on the roll‑out of the Homes and Communities Agency's First Time Buyer's Initiative (having advised on its strategic structuring) and Kickstart Housing Delivery Programme.
