Dawson is a Partner who advises clients in relation to all aspects of real estate law, with a particular experience in and focus on renewable energy work. He also advises on a range of development, investment and letting matters.
Dawson is a committee member of the Northern Ireland Commercial Property Lawyers' Association as well as a course tutor on the commercial aspects of the Conveyancing Course run for trainee solicitors at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Dawson has been named a 'leader in their field' for real estate by Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession 2011 and is described as a "justifiably rated lawyer with expertise in renewable energy work".
