Dean has 25 years' experience of construction and engineering law, in connection with projects (private, public sector and privatisation) in almost all countries in the South East Asian region. Dean excels in dealings with both contentious and non-contentious matters and is legal advisor to the Hong Kong Construction Association.
His key experience lies within the building, power, water, engineering, waste & transport sectors. Dean is also a qualified mediator, a member of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Panel of Mediators and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Hong Kong Branch) Panel of Arbitrators. Dean is recommended as a leading construction lawyer in Who's Who Legal 2008 and 2009.
