Euan is a Partner who advises clients in all areas of employment law on contentious and non-contentious matters.
He regularly advises blue-chip companies and public sector organisations on executive recruitment and termination, organisational change programmes, TUPE strategies and contract drafting and interpretation. He has significant experience in assisting employers with their response to industrial action and in collective employee relations.
He is qualified to practice in Scotland and in England & Wales, and has represented clients before Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals in Scotland and England, in a wide range of cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract.
He has designed and delivered effective training programmes for employees on issues including TUPE, the impact of social media in the workplace and equal treatment.
Euan is recognised as an expert in his field and is regularly invited to speak at conferences for employment lawyers.
