Gillian is a Partner specialing in energy and infrastructure finance. She has significant experience advising lenders and borrowers in the context of the oil & gas, renewables, healthcare, roads, education and accommodation sectors. Over recent years she has acted upon a number of high profile matters, including advising a leading oil & gas company on $900m term and revolving facilities with a club of banks, and advising a major energy company in relation to $750m facilities. She has also acted on a number of PPP and PFI projects, funded by both debt and bond finance.
