Gregg has a wealth of experience advising clients on all aspects of private equity related transactions including seller's, institutions, management teams and banks. In particular Gregg has advised a number of institutions on transactions including ECI Partners, Barclays Ventures, BPE, ISIS, Sovereign and HSBC Private Equity.
Gregg also advises entrepreneurs and large corporates on general M & A strategy and support.
Gregg is known for his straightforward pragmatic approach to transactions. Gregg was voted North West corporate lawyer of the year by the business community. In 2010 Gregg was highly commended at the National Legal Business Awards for his role leading the private equity team that advised HSBC Private Equity on the £170 million MBO of Viking Moorings.
