Hannah is a Partner specialising in advising public and private companies and their institutional advisers on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, IPOs, secondary issues and general corporate advisory work.
Hannah advises a number of companies in the infrastructure and support services sectors. Recent transactions which Hannah has led in these sectors include advising Kier Group plc on its acquisition of Telereal Trillium’s investment in the Kent “Building Schools for the Future” Local Education Partnership and Vertex Data Science Limited on the disposal of its UK private sector business to The Capita Group plc.
Hannah has also acted on recent equity capital markets transactions, including advising Horizon Acquisition Company plc on its £417 million IPO and admission to the Main Market and IP Group plc on its placing and open offer which raised gross proceeds of £55 million.
