Howard is a Corporate Partner specialising in a wide range of corporate finance transactions for both public and private companies, including rights issues, placings, open offers, public takeovers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. He also advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the UK, USA and continental Europe. He regularly acts for real estate and hotel clients on their transactional requirements and in particular leads the corporate group in the Hotels Sector.
Howard is a member of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce's Economy Committee and of Pro-Manchester.
