Hugh is a Partner specialising in property development and investment. He has significant experience of advising investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and banks in retail, office, student accommodation, PFI and property finance work. He is qualified in Scotland and in England and Wales. Latterly he has been working in England on several retail developments for an operator and on a number of regeneration projects for a public/private delivery vehicle and has been advising on two significant student accommodation developments for a Scottish University.
