Iain is a Partner who specialises in insurance product design, distribution, reinsurance and FSA regulation. He regularly acts on affinity and corporate partnership deals involving a range of life and general insurance products and distribution channels, both within the UK and cross-border, as well as broker distribution and MGA deals. He also advises on complex international (re)insurance programmes and captive arrangements.
Iain frequently speaks on matters of insurance law and regulation and is a co-author of The Pinsent Masons Guide to Insurance Distribution. He has first-hand experience of working within the industry having completed secondments to RSA and AXA.
