Ian specialises in tax litigation, representing clients in all aspects of tax risk and tax disputes, including alternative dispute resolution, appealing to the Tax Tribunal and the higher courts, tax investigations and in tax related commercial disputes including tax related professional indemnity matters. Ian acts for a wide range of clients and on a range of direct and indirect taxes including tax avoidance structures, VAT, customs duties, aggregates levy and pensions tax issues.
Ian is a CEDR accredited mediator and a member of the VAT Practitioners Group national technical committee.
