Iona is a Partner who has extensive experience of acting for trustees and employers on a wide range of issues including deficit management, benefit re-design, scheme documentation, funding negotiations, investment management, scheme mergers, dispute resolution and buy-outs.
Iona also advises on the pensions aspects of corporate re-organisations, acquisitions and disposals - including 'moral hazard' issues, clearance from the Pensions Regulator and negotiations with the Pension Protection Fund where necessary.
She is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
