Jacqueline is a Partner and is recognised as a leading lawyer in the field of commercial litigation. She has extensive experience of a broad range of disputes and Court proceedings and has acted in a number of complex and high profile litigations. Her practice covers a wide range of areas including product liability, financial and professional negligence disputes, judicial review and public law challenges, property, planning and environmental as well as general commercial disputes. In addition to contentious work Jacqueline also advises clients on regulatory and risk avoidance issues and on planning consent requirements and strategy across a range of industries including oil and gas, renewables, retail, housing and minerals.
Jacqueline has experience of conducting advocacy in the Sheriff Court and also at hearings and public local inquiries in relation to planning proposals.
Jacqueline is the co-author of the Scottish Chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide for Product Liability. She also speaks regularly at seminars.
