Jacqui Timmins is a partner and is recognised as a leader in her field, she advises UK and multinational listed companies and private businesses in relation to UK occupational pension schemes. Her expertise spans corporate transactional work including corporate takeovers, scheme benefit design issues, scheme funding and scheme mergers. Jacqui also advises trustees of UK occupational pension schemes in relation to their legal powers, duties and obligations under trust law and statute.
Jacqui is honorary secretary to the West Yorkshire Group of the National Association of Pension Funds and a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
