James is a Partner and a commercial property specialist with particular expertise in investment work.
James has a great deal of experience in freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and forward fundings (including more complex innovative funding structures), especially acting for institutional investors and property funds. Recently he has undertaken disposals of shopping centres and mixed use properties, portfolio acquisitions and leasebacks, pre-let development sites and major relocations.
He’ll be happy to help with all aspects of landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, property support in corporate and banking transactions and general commercial development work.
