Jim is a Partner who specialises in industrial and logistics property, motor dealerships and care homes. He has acted for clients such as DHL in the property aspects of their £1.6 billion contract to run the NHS Supply Chain and transfer of properties in the sale of DHL's domestic parcel business to Home Delivery Network.
Jim's industrial and logistics practice has been commended in the Legal 500 which also said Jim has "great technical knowledge" and "understands his clients' business".
Jim has also developed a very good understanding of the motor dealership sector having carried out a large volume of transactions over the last 10 years – clients include Lookers Plc, one of the UK's largest motor dealerships.
