Joanne is a Partner specialising principally in private company work including private equity investments.
Capitalising on her degree in biotechnology, she has a special interest in healthcare transactions working closely with her colleagues in intellectual property, competition, major projects and regulatory law. More recently she has developed a niche practice in the buying, selling and investing in social care businesses and acts for CareTech Holdings Plc and Craegmoor Healthcare amongst others.
Joanne also has a depth of sector knowledge in support services and she is the principal lawyer for ISS UK, part of Europe's largest cleaning company.
