Joanne is a Partner and a Solicitor Advocate with considerable advocacy experience in both the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session. Joanne is dual qualified in English and Scottish law.
Joanne heads up the contentious corporate and recovery team in Scotland, which covers all contentious aspects of insolvency. Her recent experience of corporate disputes includes a number of shareholder disputes and multifarious warranty claims.
Joanne has extensive experience dealing with a wide variety of general commercial disputes, including high profile and complex litigation. Joanne also has experience of advising on and conducting alternative forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and expert determination.
