John is a partner and head of our Corporate Tax Team. He specialises in corporate and business tax, and advises on the tax aspects of UK and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnering arrangements, private equity transactions, treasury and funding issues, property taxation, transactions under the Private Finance Initiative and VAT.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, a member of the VAT Practitioners’ Group, the Corporation Tax sub-committee of the Law Society Revenue Law Committee and the International Fiscal Association.
