John is a Partner with a wide range of experience in acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, demergers and general company law issues as well as advising in relation to AIM flotations and placings.
John works predominantly for public and large private companies within the UK such as Siemens plc, UMECO plc, DS Smith plc, Alfred McAlpine plc, Wates Group Limited, and Saint-Gobain plc. For a period of time John was also seconded to the Siemens plc's UK legal team.
