Jon is a partner who undertakes a full range of both contentious and non-contentious work. He has particular expertise in advising on complex TUPE issues and in managing employment tribunal litigation, and has extensive experience of conducting tribunal advocacy.
In addition, Jon regularly advises on all employment law issues, including employee relations issues, collective redundancies and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. He is renowned for his pragmatic, commercially-focused style.
