Jonathan is a Partner who advises on all aspects of employment law. He regularly advises on employment issues arising on mergers, acquisitions and outsourcings. Jonathan has considerable experience of various forms of dispute resolution including High and Appeal Court trials, mediation and Tribunal work. He has led the development of the Employment Group's innovative tribunal management product – Introducing Certainty. Jonathan is a fully qualified mediator. He has particular expertise in the field of drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants.
