Jonathan is a Partner and is head of our Leeds team with over 20 years experience, he has worked extensively on large corporate restructurings, rescues, recoveries, receiverships and administrations. He is highly experienced in recovery strategies for banks and financial institutions and has handled many shareholder and partnership disputes.
Jonathan’s clients include large corporates, major financial institutions and firms of accountants. He has particular experience of the construction, motor, retail and manufacturing industries.
Jonathan is a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3), a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and is actively involved in the Institute for Turnaround. He is also a trained mediator and a member of ADR Net.
