Julia is a Partner specialising in transactional construction law. Julia advises on major projects across all sectors in the industry. She works with employers (both public and private sector), contractors, sub-contractors and consultants, drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts and all major forms of industry standard contracts.
Julia acts for clients from the outset of projects, from producing procurement strategies, through implementation, and on to completion, providing advice on risk management at all stages of the construction project process. She also provides advice on property development schemes, including regeneration developments.
