Katharine is a Partner and a Solicitor Advocate (Higher Courts Civil) who specialises in conducting substantial and complex commercial litigation in the higher English Courts as well as conducting other forms of dispute resolution, both in the UK and Internationally, including arbitration, mediation and expert determination. Katharine advises clients in a number of sectors with a particular focus on the energy and financial services (pensions) sectors.
Katharine led a group which was shortlisted for Dispute Resolution Team of the Year in the Legal Business Awards 2011 and was commended for Dispute Resolution in the FT Innovative Lawyers Report 2010.
