Katharine is a Partner and has considerable experience on all aspects of commercial property work with a particular emphasis on development work (both commercial and residential) and has been involved in a number of regeneration projects.
She has wide experience in specialised property development work such as tax driven property structures, forward funding arrangements, property joint ventures, overage and profit sharing arrangements.
