About Kirsty

Kirsty is a partner who handles both contentious and non-contentious work and her experience has included large scale litigation for financial organisations, advising government departments on TUPE transfers, major restructuring in further education teams and advising employers and senior executives regarding severance arrangements.

She is an experienced tribunal advocate, advising on corporate transactions, restructuring and strategic HR issues for clients from the private and public sector, particularly within financial services.

A regular speaker and trainer, Kirsty is also a contributing author to Working Time: A Practical Guide (Sweet and Maxwell, 2001).
