Linda is a partner and advises on a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment matters. Her particular areas of expertise are executive severance arrangements, TUPE and outsourcing, and redundancies and reorganisation. She does a considerable amount of work for retail and financial services clients.
Linda worked in human resources prior to becoming a lawyer and she has a firm grasp of commercial matters. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on employment law issues.
