Louise is a Partner and has considerable experience is assisting clients resolve their problems on construction and engineering projects and also in the oil and gas and energy sectors, where she has been involved in a wide range of matters (onshore and offshore), often with an international dimension. Louise's dispute management experience includes advising on potential risks at the outset and during the course of projects, as well as advising and assisting with more formal means of dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication and arbitration. She also conducts litigation in the Scottish Courts, including the Commercial Court of the Court of Session. Louise is a regular speaker at industry events.
