Manfred specializes in the advice for national and international technology companies on all areas of individual and collective labour law and on related fields of law (such as social security, data protection and immigration law). He acts as external HR department for various German, UK and US companies.
In addition to the development and execution of complex domestic and cross-border restructuring projects, a further special focus of his practice is the assistance for technology companies with regard to labour law aspects of M&A, outsourcing and technology transactions.
Manfred provides in-house training for our clients' employees and executives on all relevant areas of labour and employment law. He represents technology companies in negotiations with employee representatives, as assessor in arbitration committees and nation-wide in front of labour and civil courts.
