Mark helps clients to manage legal risk during the whole life cycle of projects and is particularly regarded for his expertise in managing and resolving complex disputes.
His experience spans: subsea drilling and production systems; semi submersibles; offshore process platforms; FPSO's; pipelines; refineries; conventional power generation; hydro electric, biomass and waste to energy power plants; and nuclear waste reprocessing facilities.
Mark's recent experience includes advising in connection with a $60 billion LNG Project in Western Australia; Kashaghan an offshore oil field development in the North Caspian Sea and the development of the Cheviot field in the UK North Sea.
