Mark is a partner and the National Head of the Transactional Team advising on major projects utilising the full range of procurement methods from traditional, design and build and management contracts to "cutting edge" frameworks and partnering contracts including numerous PFI/PPP projects in the defence, police, education, waste, health and other sectors. Mark's wide experience spans residential, retail and commercial development, regeneration and reclamation/remediation schemes, sports and leisure schemes and other major infrastructure projects in the UK, as well as international (BOT) projects, including many high profile and award winning schemes.
