Mark is a Partner and is qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and in the High Court in Hong Kong. He has wide-ranging experience in both these jurisdictions in advising owners, employers, operators, main contractors and sub-contractors in relation to energy, engineering and construction projects. He specialises in acting in relation to complex, large-scale technical and commercial disputes and has considerable experience in advising clients in arbitration proceedings (ad hoc and institutional), mediation (and other alternative dispute resolution fora) and in the High Court (both in Hong Kong and in England & Wales).
