Martin is a Partner and specialises in advising oil companies in corporate matters (mergers, acquisitions, disposals and restructures); commercial issues (strategic and contractual); and technology exploitation. He has advised many national and international oil companies.
Martin is recommended as a Corporate & Commercial lawyer in Legal 500 (2010 Edition).
Martin recently authored a chapter on "Technology in the Oilfield" for publication in the University of Aberdeen's Oil & Gas Law textbook (Oil and Gas Law - Current Practice and Emerging Trends, Gordon & Paterson (2ed), 2011).
