Matthew is a Partner and helps clients with all types of property related disputes and acts for Government Departments, Banks and a range of UK and foreign owned companies.
He has experience of dealing with property disputes in all types of tribunals including Public Inquiries, Arbitrations, County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court as well as the European Court of Human Rights. He deals with landlord and tenant disputes, property insolvency, judicial reviews, rights to light and transactional advice relating to commercial property transactions.
