Mike is a Partner specialising in transactional construction law. Across the industry he is involved in major projects including PFI/PPP, engineering, energy (including CHP, renewables and nuclear) and property development.
Dual qualified in Scotland and England and Wales, Mike has a wealth of experience on all the major standard form construction suites used in the UK as well as regularly working with bespoke contracts.
Mike regularly presents seminars to clients and contacts on a wide variety of transactional construction related topics as well as lecturing on Strathclyde University's Construction Law Masters.
