Working often for large national and international client companies, a number of which concern the largest UK contractors, Michael has considerable experience in large, complex, multi-party and often document intensive disputes.
Michael's practice increasingly involves him providing strategic advice at the highest level both in terms of dispute avoidance as well as dispute resolution. He is a very experienced mediator advocate representing clients in over 40 mediations.
